I cannot say enough good things about my coaching experience. Going through this process alone was not as successful for me. It took me awhile to understand it and make progress, but that was because I got what I put in. After all of the knowledge sunk in and I got to work, I lost weight rather quickly. Having a coach meant that I had someone in my corner to cheer me on and help me focus on my wins. Even if I had a bad week where my eating and tracking weren’t stellar, my coach helped me find things to celebrate. Sometimes I got some tough love, but it was just the right amount and I never got too down on myself. I learned that days will look different but that it doesn’t mean that I’m not still on the right path. Thank you, Dani, from the bottom of my heart! I have learned so much and appreciate all that you have done for me!!!!
