I have benefited greatly from coaching. When I signed up it was the last chance I was giving myself. I've tried it all and I was going all in and committing and if it didn't work then I would know that I had done all I could and would just be me. It wasn't easy and there were tears shed but the part I've missed all my life is coaching. I never knew how much I needed just one person in my corner that was focused on me and what I needed even when I didn't know I needed it. I have no words for the changes in my life that Coach Keshia has helped me with. Number one she has become my friend that even though we have never met truly cares for me like we have been friends for life. She has been the shoulder I needed to cry on and the strong supportive coach to tell me the things I needed to hear even when I didn't want to hear them. I have achieved almost all the goals I had for myself. I'm not sure I'm prepared to go into as much as a deficit as I need to fully achieve what I would like to achieve and Keshia has helped me understand that is ok too. I am sad to end coaching because I will miss her so much but I do feel I'm in a place that I can maintain on my own with all the tools she has given me. Once I set some new goals I will be back. If everyone could have a Keshia in their corner they could reach their goals. My life (not just my body) has improved because of her knowledge in fitness and nutrition and life in general.
