My coach listened to my goals ( fat loss ) and came up with the macros to make it happen , Rachel was kind and sympathetic and made me realise that having days out , holidays and special occasions were all achievable during my journey , she’s given me the knowledge to carry on alone and hopefully when I’ve saved enough again I can come back to her and do a training block
