Coaching was great to have someone who was there to share their knowledge, support, and a different view from what I was seeing. Taylor I. was fantastic at helping me to learn to adapt through the different seasons of my life and giving me ideas to overcome obstacles. She knew when to get me to push harder and when I needed to pull back. She was a great cheerleader and was always there to answer my questions. Her coaching gave me a better relationship with nutrition, how to progress my workouts, better tools to organize my day to day, and the understanding that nothing is going to go perfectly all the time, but that consistency will always win. I learned a ton and had an awesome experience.
