I started coaching at the end of 2021. My coach is Taylor Ingebritsen and she was amazing! Super supportive and helped me fix my relationship with food. I did great at the beginning and made a few mistakes but after long conversations with Taylor I managed to create new habits. I feel so much better and so much more comfortable in my body. I am so happy I was part of coaching with macros inc.
