Started with Macros Inc as I was feeling a little lost on my weight loss journey and felt like I needed some expert help when it came to nutrition. I’ve always enjoyed working out, but I knew changing my diet was going to be the key to success. I was paired with Catharine and instantly knew she was there to help me. I started losing weight from the first week and had steady and consistent weight loss each week. Catharine helped change my thoughts about food and taught me how to eat again after many years of not really understanding the true aspects of weight loss. After months of education and relearning how to make better food choices I feel so much more confident day to day. Over and above my weight loss I now have a healthy set of tools to help navigate day to day activities and challenges that come up.
