I started this journey being very familiar with Macros having been part of the FB group for many years and having counted a few years ago. I joined knowing that I was getting married within a year and wanted to look my best. It has been such a rewarding journey and I am so appreciative of having Coach Garrett to keep me on track throughout this experience. It is a hard realization when you know what you need to do, but it is uncomfortable. I see many posts in the groups where people are blaming their lack of progress on hormones, body type, genetics etc. knowing that they are just lying to themselves. While I haven't lost that much (also did not have that much too lose), I made steady progress until I realized that I am running out of time and knew I had to stop eating out and I have not had dinner out in 53 days and WOW, the progress has been amazing. I am feeling strong and full on 1405 cals and I have my coach in my corner to keep me focused on the goal. While it took a while to realize how I best use Coach to help me reach my goals, he now keeps me accountable and is on board with my crazy contracts to stay focused. It is such an empowering feeling to see definiton of muscles without flexing, seeing your hard work paying off and being supported to go all the way. I have also never felt so strong and the workouts that I have recieved have been on point! It has just been full harmony and I wish that everyone have the experience I have had becasue I am in the best shape possible, have one month left to my wedding and I would be jealous if I saw myself out on the street ;) Thank you Macros Inc and Coach Garrett for pushing me all the way until the exuses are no more and I am now loving the journey I am on. Deficits don't have to be hard, you don't have to be hungry and chicken and rice is way underrated, people!!
