When I met my coach, Sara, last year I thought I kinda had it together and was just a 50-something woman who needed to lose weight but needed someone peeking in my window to make sure I did what I needed to do. Sara hasn’t stopped peeking since. She is so supportive and encouraging! She taught me so much about my habits, and got me to admit things to her (and myself) that I had never talked about before. I’ve made SO MANY changes with her help and support! From camping trips, walking, eating foods that are better for me (I’m still a stubborn on that one!) and even cutting WAY back on alcohol! All of these were decisions I had to make to put my fitness first. And she got me to realize the importance of all of them in such a way that is was actually easy!!! The weight I originally wanted to lose is long gone and Sara and I discuss my new goals regularly. I still get to live the lifestyle I want to live, but with Sara peeking in on me, just like I asked her to! She even remembers when I have activities coming up and contacts me to make sure I don’t need anything while I’m away! It’s the most comforting feeling to see that macros inc notification while I'm in the woods (or anywhere) silently reminding me that it’s all do-able, and that I can do it. I’m now 15 months in and it’s been the Best decision I ever made, hands down!!
