Signing up to work with a nutrition coach was the best decision I could’ve made to help me in my postpartum weight loss journey. After trying everything I could to lose weight after having a baby on my own, I decided to sign up with Macros Inc after nothing was working. I got matched with the best coach I could’ve wished for! Christina was so encouraging and supportive through the three months of coaching. She gave me the best advice and helped me form healthy habits to help me reach my weight loss goals.
