I had been following on Facebook the macros group and trying this out on my own. Decided to give the free 2 week coaching trial a go and man was it life changing! Eugene has been the ABSOLUTE biggest supporter. I never worry about reaching out or feeling dumb with my questions. He gives great, REALISTIC advice and quick learning snapshots that will help me keep this life style for the long hall. I do NOT feel in any way, shape, or form like I am dieting. I am able to splurge and celebrate (3 wonky days in fact for my birthday) and still get right back on track. I’ve learned how to take the ups with downs and to look at the overall weekly progress. I have never been happier!
