Coaching shifted my perspective on dieting, food, and exercise for teh better. I feel like I learned a lot about health that I didn't know. Having the support of a coach propelled me to exercise in a way I never thought I would. My coach was friendly and supportive and welcoming and made an entire world of difference. I have never stuck with anything as long as I have stuck with macros and the training program she set up. It really did shift to a part of my life rather than something I suffer through until I hit some arbitrary goal.
