I have worked with Taylor for quite a few years. She helped me through so many different phases of my life- some of my hardest life events, including preparing for a wedding and to soon after working through a gut wrenching heartache. She never gave up on me. Taylor always did what she could to maintain my positivity. She pivoted my training and nutrition every time I had an injury or life hiccup, and all my work stressors. She helped me reach my weight goals, gym goals, life goals, and then some. My next goal now is to continue to apply everything she taught me to continue to maintain my weight loss, strength gains, and live my best life! I truly could never put into words how much Taylor impacted my life for the better !
