I had counted macros independently and was successful. After returning from an anniversary vacation I fell into old habits and gained all the weight back, plus a little extra. My annual check up revealed I was pre-diabetic. I received the motivation I needed when my doctor said, “if you continue with your plan to lose weight, all should be well”. I decided to make my health a priority and reached out to Macros Inc. I was paired with Dani and she has been the best cheerleader while holding me accountable. Not only am I at my goal weight but I have the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am so thankful that Dani and Macros Inc are helping me be the best version of myself.
