I'm finishing up my third year with coach, Tessa Codina. My overall experience has been pretty dang amazing. Tessa is truly a blessing in my life. I started at a point of not liking how I felt in my own skin to losing +/- 40 pounds so far and feeling great! Tessa has seen me through it all with the nutrition piece and the training. She's helped guide me through the learning process with tracking macros as well as through a couple injuries including a broken toe about a year or so ago and a minor broken finger about a month ago. My training has been adjusted to meet my needs at every stage along the way. Not only has Tessa and Macros Inc helped me with the weight loss but, it's also provided me with a ton of personal growth through the ups and downs over the last three years as well and free education. I know the information I receive is reliable and I can trust it, and I love to share it with others when they ask me how I've done it all. This has been the best investment I've ever made in myself! I'm looking forward to starting year four with Tessa and Macros Inc soon! :)
