This experience was everything I hoped it would be. I needed someone to keep me accountable because for some reason, I just couldn’t do this for myself. I needed someone watching. I already knew how to count macros but my issue was being consistent. I give up on myself too fast if I have a day of bad eating or if the scale doesn’t say what I think it should. Ally taught me to chill out. The all or nothing mindset I once had is gone. I have learned that I can live my life, have fun out occasionally and still meet my goals. I lost 50 pounds in 12 months and spent the last 6 months maintaining that loss. I’m not done yet, but Ally has taught me everything I need to do to lose/maintain again and for the first time I can say, I am confident in my ability to do so. Forever grateful for Ally and Macros Inc as a whole. Y’all are rockstars!
