When I started coaching, I wasn’t sure what to expect. When my first coach left, I was devastated, didn’t think they could ever find me a coach like what I had. The placement team assigned me to Coach Connor and I was absolutely blown away. He was everything I wasn’t. I’m hard on myself, he taught me to give myself grace. I was assigned to him less than a week before I had shoulder surgery. He got me through that surgery and was there every step of the way. This year I’ve had 2 deaths in the family very close in time and an international move where I moved from Germany back to the U.S. He has been so patient with me through everything! He is amazing! Always so positive, no matter how hard you try to get him to be negative! He was my helicopter dad because I did insane challenges when he was my coach and all he would say is, “I know you’ll beast it, but please be careful!” I would recommend that Macros, Inc. team over and over again!
