I purchased a 12 month contract for nutritional and physical coaching and it was an amazing experience. There are no magic pills; you are gong to have put in the effort to lose weight naturally but it's worth it. My coach, Dr. Brent Momb, was very supportive and constantly asking me questions to help me figure out why I was doing or not doing things I was supposed to do or not supposed to do. I lost 35 pounds by the end of the year. I can't recommend Macros Inc. enought, do yourself a favor and take a chance on them to help you get where you need to be!
