Coach Colt has been amazing! He held my hand and lead me through this journey that I thought I could never achieve. Poof gone in the most healthiest sustainable way! He is patient. He is knowledgeable. Referred many great books (and I’m not a reader by the way) I read them all! It was almost like therapy for me in some ways. He gave me clarity and emotional strength. He’s set me up so well that I probably won’t come back for weight loss but if I do for possibly building muscles, I would 10000% go back to coach colt. I know exactly what to do now for weight loss!
