I started the whole experience been fairly healthy and aware of what was needed but had many mental block about it all. Having only a small amount to loose I wanted to get rid of that and stop the scale slowly and gradually going up and up over the years. Been 53 and menopausal I was reserved about having a young male coach - oh my god how wronge was I ?! Connor was AMAZING - I felt safe and not judged ever, I could talk to him about my most inner demons and all he did was make me feel better and great about myself and above all normal! This has to be the best programme and very reasonable for the honestly awsome service you get. I wasn't the easiest or most conventional of clients to work with but I was only ever made to feel special and worthy. Thankyou so Connor you are a star. The progamme works - just do it!
