I have been a Macros Inc coaching participant for four years and the experience was incredible. When I first signed up for Macros Inc - I was lost in terms of my nutrition. My entire life, I battled obesitety. As an adult later in life, I fell in love with fitness but never healed my relationship with food. I tried every diet under the sun. Then I discovered Macros Inc. I hired a coach (along with starting therapy and doing additional research on my own) - and together we started working on my goals. My coach Ashley was the biggest supporter I could ever ask for. She was always there for me and provided the perfect insight at just the right time. She taught me how I could make the best choices for myself personally. I learned to focus on nutrition in a non judgemental way. I learned to eat foods that were nutrionally dense but also fit in foods that were fun, which created the balance I had searched for in my life. After these four years I can truly say I am at peace with food. My coach calls this 'graduating' from coaching. I am proud of myself for what I have accomplished, and look forward to my healthy future continuing to implement the things I have learned to have a happy and healthy rest of my life.
