Hands down this was the best experience I've had with weight loss. Not only did I reach my goal but I learned so much along the way. I was nervous to start because I didn't want to fail. I wanted to still enjoy visiting with friends and not feel like an outcast because I couldn't eat certain foods. BUT...you can still enjoy life, enjoy time with friends, enjoy holidays, eat the foods you want and still lose weight. My coach listened to what I needed and what I struggled with and we always came up with a plan. She supported me on my bad days and talked me through how to overcome obstacles. She taught me that one bad day doesn't ruin all of your progress. It's life, you will have bad days and that's ok. She helped me through taking a vacation while still following Macros but allowing me to enjoy my vacation. She was my biggest supporter through all of it, all the ups and downs and I can't thank her enough. Tina, you are an amazing coach, thank you for a great experience!
