I signed up and worked with Coach Andrew for over 6 months with an initial goal of losing 10 pounds, which seemed SO hard to achieve & i had tried everything i knew & could have. I must say, this investment in coaching with MAcros Inc. was life changing. I wasn't just able to lose those 10 pounds but 10 MORE on top of it. The process and the start was very challenging - just to get used to what and how to record, how to stay on track, and just the anxiety it brought. Yes - i could get very anxious (just me). there were many battles i had to fight at personal level - hitting protein goals, using the app, and in general just deal with LESS calories in general. Nothing about it was easy. I must say, from the initial consultation, understanding my needs & goals, thrugh plenty of stressful days ad slipups, Andrew was phenomenal. He took his time to break things down for me at all levels (let it be hormones, energy levels, induldgin in extra treats/chocolates, and just any struggle) and help me through them. His constant support & motivation kept things positives. Once i started to see the results & it become more and more motivating. Started out with 3 month plan and almost hitting 7 month partnership with Coach Andrew was great. He was always there to listen to the issues (and me complain) and provide his approach - that actually worked. It's about what we do MOST of the time, and our average habits. I have learned so much and i am very appreciative of this platform. MM+ APP was excellent - i have gotten SO used to it - i almost can't live w/o it. I love accountability and i will continue to use it to hold me accountable.
