I signed up for a month of coaching to try to get help kick starting my fitness journey. I was assigned coach Andrew who was amazing.
He made sure to take the time to listen and ask the right questions. I felt like he was always there anytime i had questions or felt frustrated and he was always reaching out to make sure everything was ok.
I was so very impressed on our first online meeting and he was so knowledgeable.
Also having Macros to track all info really helped keep me on track and feel accountable.
