I had a great experience working with Connor. I had been very loosely tracking for awhile, but needed someone to keep me accountable while I lost the last five lbs. Connor was friendly, encouraging, and helped me better understand the science behind why macros works and concepts such as food cravings and binge eating. One of my other goals in tracking macros was to get in the best shape possible prior to trying for our first baby, and I’m thrilled to say that I’m now pregnant and in a great position to have an active, healthy pregnancy. I also plan to work with a coach again in the postpartum stage!
