Worst customer service ever.
I cancelled an order 3 days after placing it both online and by calling them. More than 3 weeks later still waiting for a refund, and being asked when I want the item delivered. Now I need to wait for the delivery and do not accept it. Are they really serious? Apparently, they are even proud of this procedure, so much that they have included it in their terms and conditions that you can find online. No serious company will have that, it does not make any sense. I guess they want to keep couriers busy for no reason. If it is a public company, investors should be worried, what a mess.
