I ordered goods from Makro, the order was incomplete. Sent it back to store. Could not get them to understand that it needs to be re sent correctly. Then settled for a refund..... Makro are finding it difficult to authorise that as well.... MAKRO COME ON... why do you offer on line if you cannot oblige. Their workers are striking but they have charged me for products I don't have... is this not theft?? Oh and I cant speak to a manager.... and they wont allocate a refund from another store and Strubens Valleys lines are broken.... I could not make this story up!!!
