1. I have ordered a carpet ON THE 25TH OF JUNE that did not come forever and cancelled the order.
2. A few days later, the courier arrived with my order and I told him to take it back since the order was cancelled.
3. I have requested for my refund of R1080.10 (several phone calls and the same explanation every time!)
4. On the 16th of July I have received an email from ******, confirming that my refund has been approved and that the process has been initiated.
5. Then on the 30th of July I get an email from .........., telling me that they could not get hold of me and that they want to arrange the collection of the order. WHAT IS GOING TO BE COLLECTED?
6. On the 5th of August I received an email from Makro to inform me that the order was delivered. WHICH ORDER AND WHO SIGNED FOR IT AT 15:02 PM?
I WANT MY REFUND!!!
The staff at Makro is obviously not properly trained!!!
