Will I even have a Christmas tree this year for Christmas?
I purchased a Christmas tree online on November 25th, with confirmation that it would be delivered by December 5th. On December 2nd, I received a notification stating that the Christmas tree had been handed over to the courier. Since then, I have received no further updates regarding the delivery.
I have made numerous attempts to contact your call center, but I have not been able to get through. I also sent emails that have gone unanswered. On WhatsApp, I was informed that I need to deal with the courier service directly. This is not acceptable, as I purchased the Christmas tree from Makro, not the courier.
Additionally, I am unable to return or cancel the order to buy another Christmas tree, as it has already been handed over to the courier. This puts me in an unfair and frustrating position.
My question is simple: will I still receive my Christmas tree in time to enjoy it before Christmas? I kindly request an urgent response and resolution to this matter.
