I was supposed to receive my SO Valentine's gift February 13th. Shipping was delayed until the 14th. Ok cool.... it's now been delayed 4 times... it's now February 17th with nothing... talked to both shipping company and man crates. Promised a call back. Completely sucks expecting a gift for valentine's day and nothing... then I can't even get a response after addressing the issue... complete bummer.
