I visited Marks and Spencer Simply Food store in Moseley Village, Birmingham on 29th October. I must say I was very impressed by the way the gentleman on the till served me. His name is Philip, and I found him very helpful and respectful. He had a very pleasant manner, and I noticed that this is how he was with other customers. Thank you and well done.
