I ORDERED FLOWERS ON 28 TH NOVEMBER TO BE DELIVERED TODAY (11 TH DEC) FOR MY MUM'S BIRTHDAY. ASKED FOR A GIFT CARD TO BE WRITTEN WITH MY MESSAGE AND PAID £4.99 FOR POSTAGE. THEY NOW SAY IT WILL BE 4 DAYS LATE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE M&S. OF COURSE NO ONE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER.
