I shop for food and clothing especially school uniform at M&S and for the most part would give everything 5*. However, I want to know why, when you purchase something for home delivery, they have to deliver so early! We received 3 gifts over the past few months for big birthdays, celebrations etc. They were all delivered on the day before 8am! I've just sent some flowers to someone that is receiving treatment for illness, I got a text around 6am to be told it would be delivered before 8am and could change, however, I was still asleep! I was horrified that my friend would be woken up so early!
