Terrible customer service from M&S, dimissed my furniture claim without answering the questions.
Bought a Love Seat from them and have issues with the quality but despite sending photos and a narritave they simply said it was all okay and closed the case, took 4 weeks to respond.
Shocked at the way they handled it
