Absolute disgrace of a manager, member of staff berated my OAP mother back in November with a prolonged verbal attack for no apparent reason, other members of the public even had to stand in for her as she was in shock at the attack. The complaint was brushed off by the manager there and then, later offered a pathetic voucher that never arrived, head office was no better as after making a formal complaint in December they never contacted us again, now we are being told that they were informed the matter had been dealt with by the store and the complaint is closed.
