On holiday last weeek I shopped at M&S and was served by Mary on the tills she was very helpful when advising me how to order an item to be delivered to the store for me to collect during my holiday.
I also made an apppointment for a bra fitting whilst I was in the store and was served by Leslie who gave me very good advice - I ended up buying 4 new bras .
