Awful. Placed two order for bedding yesterday (Tuesday) which we need for the weekend. Both items showing as available for collection by this Friday. Received confirmations. Then received emails today saying they had been delayed until 7th and 8th August.
Spent 20 minutes navigating a chatbot with someone who clearly doesn't know much English and then asked for their UK Customer Services number. Called Customer Services and spoke to what sounded like a young woman who told me ordered could not be cancelled because 'The Computer Says No'. Pointed out that I have been missold and was entitled to an immediate refund but got the same answer back repeatedly. Pointed out that this was against the law and got the same answer back again. Ended call.
I will never shop with M&S again.
