Have to say i have shopped in the Torquay Marks and Spencers for many years and the staff there are lovely but when you read how that section manager Nikki went out of her way to get a innocent man Banned from her store even sending the police to his home with nothing but false allegations and nothing to support it shocks me the flowers she told her husband she won in a raffle at work shouting at the staff in the store which would have been logged on there cctv and putting reviews on her and partner in crimes cars which they new can from the store opposite this has to be the most unpleasant thing that any one could do to a loyal customer and to do this under M+S roof wearing there uniform and use the fact that you worked there for 30yrs its perfectly clear if you lie to the man you love even good morning must be a lie coming from her lips then on top of all that the general manager Mrs Thomas told him he was banned for rewarding her staff for good customer services when he was lucky enough to receive it yet her senior commercial manager Andy took a £100 in cash from him and a week later said we can't take the money but we can donate to charity which is a lovely idea so you have Claire the general manager saying they can't take it and the commercial manager Andy saying we can but have to donate to charity how confused must this poor man been yet HR did nothing to explain to this gentleman why Moxhay and girlfriend got away with this no wonder they look so nervous if they see him lying is as bad as stabbing a person the downfall for M+S is they don't care or value there customers you have to feel sorry for her husband i wouldn't believe a word that came from her lips yet she took chocolates from this man and was more than happy to tell her staff thats the man that fancy me how sick is she
