On a no. Of occasions I have been heavily discriminatedit seems.have been heavily discriminatedit just Bec I don't dress like the queen.discriminated ag by mngmt as well as unscrupuloys aecurity guards whob want to use authority and take advantage of defenceless by falsely accusing them . I have been a very consistent and ardent shopper at M&S because I value their products so much however because of reason discrimination such as I am not welcome at your store and they save this not giving me a reason and that's why I think it is merely discrimination. Because of this I think in my own interest it's the best thing to just withdraw my patreons my main experience of discrimination has been at the Oxford Street branch. this is just a brief note because I will not waste my precious time I am a serving ployed lady a very honest person and I always value supplement MNS so much however I am afraid I'm going to withdraw my patterns because of these unfair treatment from mans in general. these experience almost live a bitter taste in my mouth I will not enjoy consuming their products because of this so I will try to gradually withdraw it's a must because the only thing left for them to do is to try to free me because they ((I am afraid that I have to say that it's the managers / security and don't be fooled not because it's manager and security V2 can be dishonest and tell lies to add the strength to the story just because they want to get rid of you they written lies and I don't want to frame so I will not go back. call my life I have never ever shoplifted it seems like security just look at your appearance I am not dirty looking I just dress very moderately security look at you and they act on that suspicion and this is very bad they Savior doing the exam but they are simply deterring customers because I have been a very good customer I am not parting myself on the back but I love to Marks and Spencer's and waitrose but I'm afraid I will may have to take Mark and Spencer's off of my list the only way I would notice if I get an apology from the entire management not just one but the entire need to meet from the Oxford Street Bryce otherwise it may takes some ecause I've gotten so used to shopping their however I want to gradually withdraw my patronage because of these experiences that brings and ultimately peroxide all the other branches of M ands department stores. Because when I confronted them on the matter nobody wants to admit and they say to me oh come back and shop with us, many manages àre atthat store and I would prefer to have a meeting with all the managers which it doesn't seem possible and so to be on the safe side I don't want any unscrupulous person which includes security guards that were there because only an unscrupulous person would try to build up false stories against me just because they don't want to see me there, I go there very often I make mini purchases) to false accuse me so that's why I'm thinking my own interest that I should withdraw patronage from the branch and eventually ultimately other branches s well. I will narrow down my shopping to waitrose and some other store. I have no bitterness in my heart towards them but my decision is based on my own welfare and happiness. I don't want to continue having pleasant shopping experiences I think I deserve better treatment as a valued m and s customer however they don't o think so so I think a wise thing for me to do is just to leave.e place and sharpen experiences and imagesnd will be that's and to protect my precious reputation which is spotless I will try to desist from shopping there.to cut a long story short. Because I have better things to do for short but I just wanted to post this review get it off my chest. Cheers
