I stupidly tumbled whilst getting off the escalator with heavy bags on Tuesday 11th Feb. A quick thinking man pressed the emergency button and staff rushed over. Everyone treated me with kindness and consideration in spite of being a lady in her seventies. I should particularly like to thank Aston who walked me to our car ensuring first I was OK to leave the store. A delightful young woman who made me feel better in no time.
The only injury I have is a grazed and bruised elbow. I was lucky.
