The lady on the till ignored me as a person and didn't look at me throughout the transaction - before serving me she was putting on her lip salve and I had to wait for her to finish that. The smoothie that I bought had been opened and some had been used (?drunk from). I did not notice this until I was putting my shopping away. I knew if I took it back to M&S they would never believe me that I hadn't opened the smoothie and drunk from it so I feel powerless to do anything about it - I am disgusted and very upset with myself that I didn't notice - I honestly didn't think to check. I got it out of the fridge and just put it into my basket.
