Shopping online during the sale was the most frustrating experience. Several times at checkout after entering credit card details, items were 'unavailable'. Totally unacceptable was to pay for an item that a WEEK later on day of collection I was advised was 'no longer available'. For a company the size of M and S the stock control should be much better than this. Won't be wasting my time in future.
