I have spent on average £170 a week on food between Worcester & Longbridge Marks & Spencer’s
Was really happy with their food until today I bought their pancake - already mixed batter for a party of ten .....
It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - no one eat it ... had to get in my car, drive to the frigging shops in heavy traffic to buy the ingredients to make myself but by then 9 people were starving and so very fed up

Because the evening was disturbing & upsetting will not go back to M&S again
