my wife was falsely accused of theft by the duty manager and was told to leave the premises and then to add insult was told she was barred from the town centre. The duty manager was very rude and refused my wifes offer to call the police to sort the matter out .MY wife at this point was very distressed and in tears but was then told again to leave even when she showed her goods and matching receipt .
she is totally distraught and humiliated
