I felt compelled to tell you about a heartwarming visit I had to your store in Southampton. I purchased some items in the food hall and was served by a young lady who had Down’s syndrome. What an amazing woman. I would like to commend you for giving her a position in your store. I have a severely autistic eight year old grandson and it warms my heart to think that when he becomes an adult he might be treated with the respect and help that all disabled people deserve.
