Very very disappointed the quality of M&S past has really lowered in their food department. Fruit perishes very quickly that is if you lucky to get 50% of a punnet of soft fruit in good condition to initially use!
The readymade foods also are not what they used to be either.....
As a seasoned M&S shopper as is my partner I have begun to shop elsewhere and was stunned to find great fruit and veg in places like Iceland, Aldi and Lidl, they are far more competitive and the standard amazing!!!!
M&S you need to pull your socks up this is NOT acceptable....
