13th August 8:05pm went to pick up my online order, Apparently 2 different Counters , one for “Refund & Exchange” & another for “Collection”
I went to Collection Counter , Customer Assistant Girl Screamed at me “ it’s One Queue, i said it’s Collection, She Screamed again “One Queue”
As soon as she serves me , there was another Customer went to Collection counter & Surprisingly this Ignorant Customer Assistant went to serve the Customer, even though there were customers behind me in the Queue,
Completely stunned by this Unprofessional Behaviour of this Customer Assistant.
