Returned a faulty bag to store without the receipt. The bag was no longer in stock and so unable to exchange. However apart from the obvious fault in the seam there were no other signs of wear and on that basis it was deamed that a full refund was acceptable, albeit in the form of a credit note. I was highly satisfied and was completely happy with the excellent customer service privided by this company.
