Ordered three items on a Friday and selected Delivery, Sunday was offered as a nominated day and was selected. (See Photo). From then it all went wrong. Order was split into three parcels. First was delivered on Saturday, a day early. Second we were told would be Monday and third on Tuesday. Telephoned to say Tuesday was impossible, was told that you would inform courier and get back to me Of course, you didn't. Had to change all my arrangements for Monday and Tuesday as a result. This is incompetence on a colossal scale. Courier was Royal Mail who informed me they never deliver on Sundays. Why offer a nominated day and then select a courier who won't deliver that day. Just don't offer Sundays, that's fine. This farce has caused considerable inconvenience and as a result I will never choose a Marks delivery again. It was a complete joke. Not one of the items was delivered on the nominated day.
