I visted M & S in Poole. I just want to comment about staff in Woman's fashion dept., especially member called "Oksana".
Bright, friendly, she went out of her way to make me feel good about myself, being honest when I asked her opinion on what suited and what did not. Refreshing! I have been in business and would have recruited her no doubt in a creative and "hands on" position. She is a credit to the store.
I spent more than I intended, but thanks to her I am happy with my choices. Thank you.
