I had a problem with the pile on a wool rug I received in January this year. Upon ringing Customer Services I was advised my faulty rug would be collected the next day which it was. I was advised that a replacement rug would be despatche’d ASAP. I received that the next day. The new rug cost a lot more than my rug but there was no extra charge. This is fantastic service from my favourite store and cannot be faulted. Thank you M and S for brilliant service!!
